No later than today, HTC made the big announcement at the 99% Conference in New York: the new Droid Incredible is here kicking and screaming!

The specs list boasts with Sense-powered Android 2.1, a powerful 1GHz Snapdragon, an 8MP camera, a generous 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED and obviously WiFi.

As you can see for yourself… the Incredible is actually a new and improved Nexus One running on Sense.

Starting next week we’ll be able to pre-order it but the official appearance in stores is scheduled for April 29 when the phone will be sold for $199.99 on contract after a $100 mail-in rebate.
