Time magazine build a list the 50 best apps of 2009 and drop.io was one of them. Today this latter happily became Yahoo Mail’s default ‘Attach Large Files’ provider.
If you’re familiar with drop.io’s service then you should know that the company provided up until now free storage as unlimited blocks of 100MB while their premium pack offered much more than that.
The relationship with Yahoo!Mail is still covered in secrets for the time being because no one knows what it will really happen but there are two possibilities: either the Y! attachments will be limited to 100MB or the integration between Y!Mail and drop.io will become real.
We’ll keep you posted with more information as soon as possible!
