Ever tried making a bootable device in Windows? It’s not something that can be done easily usually, but Lexar BootIt might be just what you need. The partitioning you need to do yourself, but once you did that, the tool will create a bootable drive easily. The utility was made mainly for Lexar drives, but apparently they work on most other USB drives as well.
- Type the volume label
- Flip the removable bit if you have more than one partition
- Mark the partition that is active
- Go
